All payments will be done on this website using a third-party payment gateway. We are not responsible if the
payment process is not completed/processed due for any reason. We provide our product or services once user payment is credited to our account.

No payment-related information like Credit/Debit Card/CVV will be stored on our website or server. We only have contact details of who has made the payment that is needed for shipment.

Return and Refund Policy

At Suun Ayurveda Private Limited (“We, Us, Our, Company”), We strive to provide our customers (“CustomersYou, Your”) with the best possible products and experiences. If You are not entirely happy with Your purchase, we offer Our Customers with an easy return policy to ensure your peace of mind. Please review the following guidelines for returns:

What can be returned?

Products purchased directly from Us from Our official websites or E-marketplace are eligible for returns. The return request must be made by the Customer within 24 hours from the date of delivery. The product will be considered for return, only if a wrong product was delivered or arrived in damaged condition. The Return will be processed after checks and verifications. Any product entered for return, if found to be used or not in its original condition, will be directly refused to be returned.

The following products will NOT be considered for return:

  1. Products that are personalized, however, if found to be faulty the personalized products will be considered for return.
  2. Products purchased beyond the 24-hour return window.
  3. Used Products or opened Products.
  4. Products with missing items.
  5. Damaged Products / products with broken seals

Gift Cards are not eligible for cancellation

Process of return:

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. The Customer can place a return request by using our customer support services available on official website www.divyaa.co or email us at care@suunayurveda.com or contact us at +91 93555 49777
  2. On filing of the return request, Ship the item to the address mentioned below
  3. Share the tracking details by email on the email care@suunayurveda.com Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. In the event we do not receive the package, we will request POD (Proof of Delivery).
  4. Once your return is received, the quality will be checked. This is subject to your return having met the aforementioned requirements.
  5. On the basis of the description of the originally delivered product the refund or exchange will be initiated for the product. The refund or exchange will be initiated only if the products are received by us in proper condition.
  6. In case of refund, the amount will be refunded either to the original payment method or to the bank account linked with the customer’s account or to the customer’s wallet.
  7. In case the mode of payment is online, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 10 days of Us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  8. In case of cash on delivery, the refund will be done through a NEFT/Demand Draft within 10 days of quality check subsequent to Us receiving the products back against the billing details shared by the Customer. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  9. Any free product received should also be returned along with the originally delivered product.

 

 



FAQ's

How do I place an order?

Simple – Go to the collections, find your category, select the product you want to purchase, and add to the cart. You can add further items of your choice in the same manner. Products will be queued in your cart automatically.
If you are content with your shopping and willing to move forward, click on the bag icon on the top right, scroll down and Check out. Fill up the required information and shipping details. Since we are not accepting Cash on Delivery (COD), complete the payment obligation to place your order successfully with us.

What is your return or refund policy?

Our products are non-refundable. Once an item is purchased, you cannot get your money back. Since we value highly the team and efforts that ensure the quality of each product, we would want to know what went wrong.
However, if you receive a damaged item or have an issue with the proportion of the content, feel free to reach out within 15 days of placing the order. We will replace the product and return it to you at our expense.

Which products are appropriate for my skin?

You can check the product description and review the ingredients to understand what will benefit your requirements and best suit your needs.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes they are suitable for sensitive skin.Patch test:

Patch tests allow you to see how your skin reacts to a particular oil before you perform a full application. Here are the steps for conducting a patch test:

Wash your forearm with unscented soap.

  1. Pat dry.
  2. Rub a few drops of diluted essential oil into a small patch of your forearm.
  3. Wait 24 hours.
  4. Remove the gauze.

If the skin patch is red, itchy, blistering, or swollen, you have had an adverse reaction to the oil and should discontinue use. If you experience discomfort before the 24-hour period ends, immediately wash the area with soap and warm water.

Currently, we are operating in India. Therefore, across India, wherever you want to indulge in our products, we deliver.

How do you ensure the quality of your products?

At SUUN Ayurveda, from selecting raw materials to bottling up the finished material, we observe and take every step necessary to ensure quality. To enhance your experience with beauty products, we do not make tiny adjustments that can affect the nature of the product. We are equally vigilant in packaging before a product is ready for transport.

How safe is it for online payment?

All transactions done from the SUUN Ayurveda website are protected by a third-party payment gateway. Any information provided during such action, the details of your Credit/Debit cards, is encrypted and secure for your protection against third parties. We do not store any such information on our website or server. We can only provide our services once your payment is credited to our account.
