What is your return policy?
At Suun Ayurveda, we strive to make your experience truly radiant. While we do not offer refunds, we’re happy to provide store credit or a replacement — both of which never expire.
Please note:
Full-size products are eligible for return within 30 days (India orders only).
Sample sizes, gift sets, and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned.

I'm new to Suun Ayurveda. What should I try first?
We recommend starting with our Face Cleanser and Face Serum — two of our bestsellers. For a custom skincare routine, email us at care@suunayurveda.com.
Do your products expire?
Yes — all of our products have a 24-month shelf life from the date of manufacture.
Are your products safe for kids or during pregnancy?
Our formulations are considered safe, but we recommend consulting with your physician before introducing new products during pregnancy or for children.
Are your products paraben and phthalate free?
Absolutely. All of our products are free from parabens and phthalates.
Are Suun Ayurveda products natural and organic?
Yes! Suun Ayurveda products are made with harmful chemical-free, natural, and certified organic ingredients. We’re committed to clean, mindful formulations that honor your skin and the planet.
Are the fragrances natural?
Our fragrances are crafted using a blend of essential oils and safe synthetic isolates derived from natural sources. They’re suitable for sensitive skin and compliant with IFRA safety standards.
Can I get personalized skincare guidance?

Are Suun Ayurveda products cruelty-free?
Yes — all our products are cruelty-free and dermatologically tested.
Are your products vegan?
Yes! Every Suun Ayurveda product is 100% vegan.
Track My Order
Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to update.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically process within 1–2 business days.
Overnight orders are shipped the same day if placed by 12 PM PST.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us at care@suunayurveda.com as soon as possible. Please note, once your order is fulfilled, we can no longer make changes or cancel it.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We’ll gladly replace any damaged or defective items. Email us within 48 hours of delivery at care@suunayurveda.com with photos and a description.
How long do I have to file a claim?
Claims must be made within 15 days of the delivery date or estimated delivery date.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping is available on orders over ₹1000 .
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Each address requires a separate order. For custom gifting, contact us at care@suunayurveda.com.
Can you hold my shipment?
We’re unable to hold shipments after an order is placed. If you need assistance with future-dated deliveries, contact us before placing your order.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship all across India.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes via standard ground shipping only. Expedited options are not available for these addresses.
Holiday Shipping
Can I request a gift receipt?
We don’t offer gift receipts at this time, but recipients can initiate a gift return or exchange by emailing care@suunayurveda.com with their order number (found on the packing slip).
What is your holiday return policy?
We offer an extended holiday return window during the festive season!

Return Options:
• Refund: Processed to your original payment method within 48 hours.
• Reshipment: A new order will be placed, and you’ll receive a new confirmation email.
Discounts
Can I use more than one discount code?
No — only one discount code can be applied per order.
Do you offer a first-time customer discount?
Yes! First-time customers get 20% off. Just sign up for our email and/or SMS updates via the form in our website footer. Your discount code will appear on-screen and be sent via email.
